CCS Technologies developed a custom SAP Business One add-on to generate e-invoices compliant with GAZT regulations. The solution ensures that businesses adhere to Saudi Arabian tax mandates by automating the e-invoicing process and minimizing manual errors. By integrating seamlessly with SAP Business One, the add-on simplifies invoice generation while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The solution embedded QR codes with necessary details such as Vendor Name, TRN No., Invoice Amount, and Tax Amount, ensuring quick and secure validation. Additionally, it prepares the system for future integration with GAZT’s platforms, enabling businesses to stay ahead of evolving compliance requirements and streamline their financial operations.
