Initial discussions & screening
Once your profile comes into our database, we shall talk to you and assess a high-level mutual fit. Based on initial fitment there will be a detailed screening of the CV before taking it to the next step.
Depending on the role, an assignment may be given to the candidate. This is not a necessary step for all roles and the nature of the assignment will hugely depend on the kind of role.
Two rounds of interviews is the most we do, unless in exceptional cases, followed by a discussion with the People team.
Based on mutual understanding, we shall discuss and decide to proceed with an offer, and release the same.
