Providing Data Engineering solutions from raw data extraction to Power BI Semantic Models. Focus areas are development of change requests, integration of new views and columns, onboarding of new customers and analysis and solution of incidents. Every implementation needs to be tested in coordination with front-end developers according to pre-defined criteria and in compliance with our Data Analytics architecture.

What you can expect from the job:

Data onboarding of new clients using the existing data pipelines.

Analysis of incidents including further actions like data reloads and data corrections for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Development of change requests for existing use cases. The tasks span from integration of new columns and tables to enhancing existing entities and deployment.

Integration of new views and columns in the Datamarts.

Integration of new Datamart developments in Power BI Semantic Models including performance optimizations.

Monitoring of data loads across the entire Data Engineering responsibilities, taking corrective actions and pro-active communication with Arvato Engineers.

Integration of new source systems within project scope.

Creation of system and process documentation.

You can succeed if:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Data Engineering projects.

To be Proficient in SQL, Git, Azure Data Lake, Analytics Databases in general, Power BI Semantic Models and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge in Databricks, Exasol Database and Tabular Editor is a plus.

SAP process knowledge in either or all modules SD, MM, WM or eWM is desired.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, either Hindi or Gujarati on top is a plus.

Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.
