Participate in SAP implementation projects

Provide business application support to existing live customers in line with agreed service levels

Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research

What will help you do the job well:

Provide business application support to existing live customers in line with agreed service levels

Troubleshoot and resolve SD issues for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner

Should be capable of understand and document the requirements of the customers

Capable of handling the configurations based on the user requirement

Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions (both project and support)

Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.

We would love it if you have:

4+ years Professional SAP Consulting experience in SAP SD Module

At least one full life cycle implementation experience as SAP SD consultant

Knowledge in Interfaces/Integration with SAP and Non-SAP systems

Good understanding of integration with FI-CO, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM and PS modules

Experience in wide areas of SD covering Order to Cash, Contract to bill, Third party sales, consignment sales, etc

S/4 HANA hands on Experience and SAP SD certification will be an advantage
