Microsoft Services Practice provides consultation and solutions on Microsoft Platforms – M365, D365 CRM and Power Platform helping customers to maximize usability of their subscription by adopting the latest technologies.

What you can expect from the job

Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.

Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.

Liaise with developers and clients.

Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.

Design and development of plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.

Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project automation service) to clients and prospects.

Document and estimate customizations, data migration, and system integrations.

Enable end-user to use Dynamics 365 with systematic planning and execution of end-user training.

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant with expertise in D365 CRM core modules (5+ years) – Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.

Strong technical know-how of Dynamics 365 customisation tools and technologies with minimum 5 years hands-on experience in CRM Plugins, C#, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL SSRS and JavaScript.

Experience in conducting discovery sessions and eliciting requirements from clients.

Strong technical know-how of Dynamics 365 customisation tools and technologies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

Awareness of latest technologies and trends.

Good documentation skill.

Certifications in Dynamics 365.

Flexible to work onsite or in client’s time zone.

Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.

Willingness to travel domestic/international.
